Ok, but the Integra is a 3 door? ;)

No, you said 2 doors and edited your post once I'd demonstrated that really you've no idea?

Lol, I know what I meant:D and I am sure you do, but hey one can't blame you for being pedantic.

Although actually edit, thinking about this, is an integra a coupe?

In fact I think you are right, I don't know what I am talking about dammit.

Can a coupe have 3 doors or is it just coupe in spirit?

You didn't think for very long then :p Maserati 3200? Porsche 911? Etc

I guess I am basing off the shape rather than the door count.

Meh. How do VW get away with calling the Scirocco a coupe when it is a hatch? And same for the Megane RS coupe?

By the "rule" ONLY 2 doors, they are not coupes but hatches.

Yet a hatchback Corsa looks nothing like a Supra yet they share the same body type "hatchback".

I feel dirty :(

So is the Jensen Interceptor a coupé or hatchback? ^^

And in relation to the Supra, I don't think Toyota helped by marketing it as a "liftback" lol (the coupé/hatchback thing comes up on Supra forums)

I didnt say there was no difference at all, I said the Facelift Corolla T-Sport was a viable alternative and that I had driven both back to back and bought the Corolla

Which is a lot more than what I can say for you, someone who I dont think has ever attempted to post any form of help and just posts things like the above on internet forums to try and justify your existance to yourself

All Type-Rs of that era pre FN2 had AC as an option so its impossible to use AC as a "mod con" some have it some dont

The only Honda i've ever driven that felt like it was as fast as its book figures was my Prelude and a JDM 96 spec ITR. EP3s dont feel as quick as the book figures make out

Absolute rubbish its obvious I was replying to correct a misinformed post what am I supposed to do just ignore it why arent you pulling him up on posting nothing but trouble causing posts its absolutely amazing how he gets away with it! Get your facts right and read the post properly, you're suppossed to be a mod!

If I had £5k to spend on a car right now I would save up and buy something newer for around £6/7k and test drive cars like an FN2 or or Mazda MPS

I wouldnt put £5k into an 11 year old car thats well known for rot unless you really really wanted that particular car amd had the money to look after the tin foil arches

Oh and JDM 98 spec DC2 would be quicker than a UKDM EP3 so what is being compared, UKDM EP3 and UKDM DC2?

I don't think anyone reasonable would describe them as the same kind of car and anyone who did would be being pedantic and disingenuous.

So if a 3 series coupe is a coupe, is the convertible a hatchback or a coupe?

As you can now access the cabin from elsewhere other than the doors via the "hatch" style roof.

:p

No the 3 series convertible is... A convertible :p

The Sirrocco is absolutely a hatchback, vw are just pretending its not for marketing reasons :p
