What? How do you come to that conclusion? It's not a hatch at all, it's an electrically folding roof. It doesn't even fit the definition of the word 'hatchback'.

You can't get into the passenger compartment via that opening, thus not a hatchback.

No it does not, the rear window is fixed and does not open at all.

The engine cover read deck lid and when specced it has a window in it, and it lifts up , it is not fixed, if it was how would you get to the engine to work on it?
