OcUK server stability is laughable. Seems every couple of rounds it dies.

That is annoying and it doesn't happen in SP so it was a concious design choice.

I usually really suck at online fps's as cant use my left hand much because im disabled, so tend to avoid them as my reaction timing isnt that good. I can play with xbox 360 controller but that's obviously gimp. I'd like to get into battlefield however, tried mapping all the important buttons to my g5 mouse , but still a bit awkward, maybe i just need more aiming practice, anyone got any suggestions on better mouses that could eliminate the keyboard entirely or other ways i could get better at this game?

Good game once i sorted my graphics out, all i needed to do was turn motion blur off in the end, what i will say though is that teamkills on hardcore mode need repercussions, the guy who killed you doesn't get any negative points or anything from what i've seen.

What do soflams do? I just unlocked it aimed it at a tank for over 30 seconds and nothing happened... I was waiting for a rocket to come down on it or something :s

After 10-15 minutes of watching that bar, I was just getting ready to go and play...but now it just says installing.

I agree with op, the single player campaign is awful and the multiplayer doesnt come close to bad company 2.

Its some kind of laser targeting device, probably puts a marker on the target for engineers armed with anti tank weapons.

Someone else needs to use the air to ground missile from the jets, or use a Javelin.

I'm marking the target, he was using the Javelin, we took out loads of armour.

You can also just use the SOFLAM as a remote camera, put it near an alley way to see if the enemy is coming.

those things are buggers when your in a jet, constant lock ons and trying to find it is a mare.....until you see the laser sight blinding you.
