I just uninstalled it myself. I'm incredibly bored with all the maps already and the amount of ******** that has been happening the past few days has ****ed me off. At least I didn't pay for it.

Oh well. Unfortunate you didn't enjoy it and you get bored so quickly (might want to get that one checked out), enjoy whatever else you mvoe on to.

I don't know what it is but any game lately is just unable to hold my attention for longer than a few days. The Old Republic is my only hope now. I've been looking forward to that for years now so if that fails as well then I think I'll just give up video games for good.

Just had some good games with my brother on the OcUK server (damn snipers are like locusts on the more infantry based maps though). The only name I really recognised from here was Pighardia, who I shot a few times (not at the spawn. Never at the spawn) :p

I tend to use stingers on the helicopters mostly. The jets are just too fast 90% of the time. I can outrun stingers easily when flying, too, so it's not just me being useless with the stinger.

Metro + fight in the middle + medic = win.

Good game, that. My brother asked how you got so many points. I just said 'medic' :D

It was complete chaos :D

I was sixth on our team (US). I just decided to get some more points for my engineer class. Haven't played anything else yet, so didn't have anything useful for the medic, although I now know where to go to horde points :p

I can't play mutliplayer :(

The client runs for a few seconds on a black screen then aborts and I get this message
'you were disconnected from the login server '

frustrating

The game says it needs to update 11GB of data yet if I click continue without updates I can play online just fine

Just going to leave it to it. Need to sleep.

I give this game 6 months, maps are linear and clustered affairs, jets and choppers feel dumbed down and are not fun to fly, vehicle combat in general is poor. Team work is very poor due to poor squad management, no in game VOIP, and lack of squad leader orders. Player movement feels clunky and cumbersome, it takes an age to go from prone to standing or even from crouch, enough time to tale a sniper bullet in the napper.

This is no true sequel to BF2, it's bad company 3 and nothing else. Dice said PC is the lead platform I see nothing of the sort, rushed commo-rose that is not even functional, embarrassingly bad and rushed chat menu, where is my in game ping? where is spectator mode, where is battlerecorder, this a console game first PC game second. Why do I have to go through the in game main menus to access squad functions, in BF2 it was press of tab.

As said the biggest let down are the maps that are catered mainly for infantry combat and dare I say it 24 players as seen on the consoles, noway these maps and cap placement cater for 64 players, they are getting boring very quickly and the only staying factor me is checking out the unlocks.

hehe damn right. I have played 37mins 52 seconds and I think that is enough for me.

I may try it again next weekend as I haven't played all the maps yet obviously but I hold out little hope.

oh well World of Tanks is awesome and pre-ordered MW3 on Xbox yesterday :D

My only disappointment was that the 6970 I ordered from OcUK for Friday delivery arrived the 10 minutes I had to pop out of the house for the day and DX Secure doesn't allow pick ups, had to re-book delivery for today...I was raging on Friday!!

On the bright side I fired up DE:HR instead and had the best weekends gaming i've had in maybe 5 years...the game is fantastic.
