Battlefield 3 thread - Server details in opening post -

I love this game. I picked it up from one of my local shops at midnight for the PS3 and it is awesome. On Friday I was waiting for my PC copy to turn up from Amazon and it arrived at half past 5 (delivered using ******g Yodel, they are ****). Installed it and used the auto options in the graphics settings at it looks amazing. The sounds are amazing and I love how it plays. My only criticism is on TDM I have spawn so many times right next to and enemy that I am dead before I even more and then it happens again. They really do need to look at the spawn system for TDM.
 
Played a good game on the canals rush map, everyone seems to forget that the AA vehicle is there. It's the first thing I run for, since you can completely dominate with it :D
 
So.. this thread is like an unstoppable freight train! I've missed about 50 pages.

Has there been an update to CAPs or ATI drivers for crossfire users? I'm getting like 90FPS@1080P most Ultra but it just 'feels' laggy,

Using the Preview 3 drivers and no CAPs as both CAP3 and 4 made the game super choppy.
 
Played the TFU server yesterday, was good fun... First time I actually came top of a server! To be fair it wasn't down to skill was down and alleyway and must have got like 30 revives down there lol.

Tashohnie btw recognized a few faces on there.

That alleyway is a warzone! I love how most people spend most of the round fighting over that point, while I just go round capturing all the other points :p

try updating punkbuster manually

Servers down, what do I do? :(

Some of my personal annoyances with the game:

Stinger/IGLA need nerfing
Spawn system, if I select spawn on squad, click deply and he dies, it puts me at RU Deployment, please stop this.
Squad management is retarded.
 
Anybody else's battlelog show your rank (as well as friends') as 0 and reset?... a bit worrying.... lol

Takes me 3 tries to join a server.

1st time it crashes to desktop
2nd time comes back with the error 'Server disconnected unexpectedly. Do you have the latest version of the game?'
3rd time it connects

Does this everytime.
