Also loving the SCAR, but with the holographic sight. The 21 round mag is a bit carp though.

I'm loving the SCAR as well once you get a decent sight on it. It's a bit pants at long range though I'm finding, like proper long range where the M16 would still get kills.

I am slightly disappointed with the maps as well tbh. Damavand is the worst by a mile imo, i do love Firestorm, Kharg Island and Caspian though and i like the Canal map as well.

The only issue i have is some of the maps are not as good as in BF2 or BC2. Metro rush is THE worst rush map i have played, RPG and nade spam down the stairs or round corners!! I sat back and just watched everyone get blown up time and time again.

Yeah, in general the maps are complete gash! Hopefully the 4 maps in Back to Karkand save the day.

Why? Legitimate tactic surely? If you use cover and think about what you are doing it shouldn't be an issue.

As far as I'm concerned the Jury is still out on this one as the game has only been out a week.

I'm prepared to give it a month or so before I pass judgement hopefully when I can play the Karkand maps.

Yeah definitely. I'm looking for a decent rifle I can use with the Engineer, but I dunno if there is one?

People who just spam RPGs yeah, but not if they just get used like they would in actual real world combat, ie for chipping away at cover or destroying obstructions. Had a load of guys camping in a room in a warehouse, blasted it from the outside and chucked a grenade in = win.

Not had much time to play this, only had 1h54m online gameplay from release day. But i have to say, im finding it very hard to enjoy.

I feel like i should be holding a gamepad whilst playing it. Feels just like COD, Run and gun and hope for the best. Its my own fault really, as i was expecting a updated version of BF2 and this just isn't it.

Awesome game, graphically and the sounds are amazing. Just not my type of online game, its missing to much of what i loved about BF2.

javelin used with sniper spot unlock is a good way to take out tanks and even jets
