K+M lets me look around the map while in cockpit more easily and this makes it easier to see where enemy jets are in relation to my position. Also shooting down enemy jets with cannon is much easier with mouse (more accuracy)

With controller it is much easier and flexible for jet manoeuvring but at the same time I find it more difficult to keep a steady aim on the enemy jet.

I have just purchased the Razer Xbox controller so I'll let you know how I get on. I think heli is ok with KB+M but you need a controller to fly the planes effectively.

Agreed, I don't really try to play with my team when I'm not on vent/mumble as most people cause more harm than good. I just lone wolf the objectives and hope that I get back up...

i keep getting the black screen when maps change on multiplayer.

have to go back to desktop and ctrl alt delete.

its v annoying.

any solutions to this?

We're trying to promote squad/team play on our server [Bronken].
Games are so much more fun that way.

I got sniped out of my a10 earlier whilst using afterburners at quite a hight. guy must have been cheating.... least thats what I keep telling myself.

Running a xonar DX here and no issues. Are you by any chance running msi afterburner. There was an issue with ab and pb in bfbc2, renaming the RTCORE.cfg file in afterburner cured this for me.

What air vehicles can kill infantry?

I can't kill them with jets, I can't kill them with missiles from the attack heli (not sure about the gunner seat), I can't kill them with the little bird?

I just went on a server, hopped in the little bird and riddled some guy with bullets all hitting him and I'm sure he shot me whilst I was in the chopper with a pistol!

Going back to one of the early images pre release of the game...

Yeah, right. At least calling in an airstrike would kill people.....

Metro 64 conquest is horrendous!!

Team on the upper floor has major advantage in terms of spamming rpgs and getting easy kills.

Iv no probs killing people with the littlebird or from the gunner position of the attack helo's. ive noticed though that the miniguns on the littlebird seem to hit a bit below where the crosshair says they should, even at short range.
