I think bf3 is the best fps game ever produced to date

Yes, big statement, but it has everything. Its everything cod games are but so much more. you can have your cod shooter fun, but you can drive a tank or fly a plane. the graphics are the best i've seen for an fps. The squad play and team work element is unmached. The weapons and perks are probably the most varied i've seen in any fps game ever.

Once they fully sort out the bugs, this will be a classic of biblical proportions.
 
Had a nice session on caspian border :D

Unlocked javelin and IRNV scope ;). Loving them:D
However imo javelin is only effective when fired at close-med range at the tank.

Took out both enemy jeep driver and gunner as they tried to run me over :p

Locked on to jeep with javelin and it was hilarious to see driver jump out only to be killed by my team mate :D:D
 
Personally i found into a lot of bugs in the single player campaign, a lot of scenarios which were purely luck if you managed to pull them off the way they intended.

But graphically its no where near Crysis 2 levels. Crysis 2's graphics with the ultra and DX11 patch is incredible.
 
cod 4 to me is still best recent fps

then call of duty 1/uo

then its bf3

best equals no.

bf3 has still poorish netcode bad serverside problems and other blatent problems.

some will be addressed but the net side of it probably wont look at bfbc2 .

until bf can get those sorted from the off then it will never beat cod .

I inspected trees in kharg island and I was shocked to see them resembling cardboard cut-outs. Many of them were just lifeless with wind having no effect on them. :p

Hope it wasnt me lol yesterday id only started to use support as id been engineer since launch mostly and some sniper was chasing me and shooting me with pistol so my immediate reaction was to fire back at him ,then i finally heard him ask for ammo and i was like :confused: then it clicked what he was after hehe ...doh :p
