Need new 1TB drive, Seagate vs Samsung

Q.

What would you do:

A. Purchase Seagate ST31000524AS 1TB at £60.

or

B. A Samsung F3 1TB at £80.

Speed is just as important to me as price.

The drive I want is the F3, but, if I wont notice the speed then I should go with the cheaper drive...

What you reckon?

For 20 quid cheaper get the Seagate. The differences aren't worth bothering about.

Yes for the best performance.

If the prices were similar I'd choose the F3 any day.

But as the Seagate is £20 cheaper....
