I doubt it, probably only a select few and in which case I can't understand why they just can't be arrested. As long as they are not breaking the law, I don't see why the state should care.
Being offensive is far from enough to warrant censorship. If they are to be deal with they should be dealt in a way which is not infringing their rights, the only way I can see that happening is them being charged for inciting racial hatred. Which they probably can't be found guilty for unless they are burning a poppy.
I hate the word "offended", it's so subjective and it does really mean anything. If you saw them in the street going about their usual actions then you might be offended for 5 minutes if you are really unlucky, people should learn to get over the fact that people differ in opinions.

You are missing the point, Christianity has ruled in the UK for 100s of years, its become less strict and more liberal but people still hold it dear at times 72% of British people are Christian in 2001 census.

We use it for births/marriage/death but these extremists groups have no place in British culture or future history.

It doesn't work in other countries, look at all the sectarian bombings in middle eastern countries. Churches get bombed all the time in countries around the world by Islamic groups.
