The game runs maxed out with 35 min 40+ max FPS on a single GTX 460.

Amazingly enough, you turn off the gamepad using the options menu ingame. Who would have known! :p

Maxed here at 50-60 on a single 6950 as well. In fact the game maxed everything when it checked the spec. I do have vsync off though.
 
Word of warning dont kill the chickens, the villagers dont like it for some reason.

The guards act the same as in Oblivion, got caught by one in the middle of a fight with a giant. Had to have a conversation whilst it was stamping on my head. They dont have the annoying voice though.

I like it though, it has more of a sense of place than Oblivion.

Its going to take me ages to start properly. I dont know what class or what name. It'll take me five or six restarts before I can settle.

Amazon just told me if I refuse to take delivery of it, it will get returned to them and a refund will be given.

Apart from my GPU usage being all over the place, this game is amazing. I don't even know what to do - I'm kind of just going with it at the moment and doing stuff wherever I end up. But I guess that's how these games are generally meant to be played. Mainly just wandering around discovering locations in the southern part of the map.
