The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim announced

Superb game so far, beautiful game enviroments, and atmosphere.. everything i wanted from an elder scrolls game tbh.. UI sucks but the modders will fix that up in no time..

Just picked this up on my way home from work. Seriously need new drivers for this... on ultra with crossfire enabled i get avg 25fps at the starting area... with it disabled I get 40. Hope drivers sorts it asap.

e: thats with 2500k at 4ghz and 2x 6950's

Installing now.

This map is lovely. I know someone in here was looking at framing it. Did they find something suitable? :o

This site here makes custom frames:

http://www.ezeframe.co.uk/index.php

I ordered this one:

Also they offered to send me a free sample of the frame before processing the order so I can make sure it matches up right.

You enter the dimension of what you want to frame exactly (I measured my map to be 688x484mm), and they make the frame with an additional 2mm space in each direction to fit it in. The one I ordered was £29 ex vat, £40 inc vat with wall mounts.

Is this only in select stores or every store? Might pop down now and grab one.

No idea - was surprised to see such a reduction.

The profiles are what we need, apparently they are coming next week along with the 10.11 drivers.

Anyone know if horses or companions can be killed?

How do you get FPS to show on Skyrim? I've tried "tdt" or "toggledebugtext" in the console, but neither work.
Any idea how to get the FPS to show using a console command, or will I have to DL FRAPS?

Oh, that does look nice. Cheers bhavv! To save me searching for appropriate instruments, what dimensions do you need? :)

I measured mine on my desk flattened as much as I could with a few objects and it was 688 x 484 mm. You might want to check yours as well to be sure, all you need is a flat surface and a measuring tape.

Dont forget that the map is made from paper, so if you want to flatten it for the frame, place a towel over it and use a dry iron on low heat.
