I tried an AA this morning on Caspian for the first time. Trying to hit a jet. I don't think I scratched it! Hmm I wonder if the new Wake Island will give us something more meaty to use. I used to have so much fun downing planes on that map.

Conquest is much easier to play with a team of idiots where rush is not. If your defending team mates all run away from the mcoms into the distance chasing kills you won't be able to stop them on your own.

You can however go an capture a flag on your own by getting in an ITV and driving about a bit. so my advice would be thus

A) play conquest
B) pick a gun and continue to play with it to unlock stuff for it.
C) try and get in a squad and let them take the point, so you can mop up and let them show you where to go etc..

I've been playing rush. i prefer it in the sense that you where all the action is going to be. when i ever i play conquest i some how manage not to find any action :/ plus i always get shot in my arse which annoys me so much. how ever i have been getting a bit more of a hang of it today. which has put a wee smile on my face. and made my eyes go square :rolleyes:
 
does anyone know if the online pass's alow you to play with anuy other game?

reason i ask is that im wanting to go rent battlefiend to play online, so i will have to purchase the online pass... but then I will be buying the game sometime in the near future so will be a different disc. my friend said he got asked to rebuy the online pass but i cant see this happening?
 
how does that work then? do you have to input a serial key or something? by any other game i meant disc by the way, wasnt expecting it to work with other games, just was wanting other discs of battlefiend to work with the same key due to rental

Each time you buy a new game it comes with a code in the box, you enter that upon selecting the multiplayer mode in the game, it only works once.

You can buy passes on the Psn market or Xbox market for 9.99 normally. its being done to get people buying games new instead of 2nd hand.

surely though, if you install all the game files and unlock it all etc..

How will the game tell the difference between one disc and another ? they're all the same ?

He'll be using the same PSN account, same login, same files etc.. ?

I've sold games before, and re bought them, and been able to carry on etc.. without the game asking me to re-install etc.. ?

yeah buit id of thought the code was account bound not account and disc bound? i understand the part where ea want used buters to purchase a code, which is what i will be doing.. just ill be using one rental disc to play at first then be buying my own pre owned disc.. so it wont be as if i havnt bought a pass, ill just be using a different disc to what my pass is.
