It isn't a huge jump. In fact you can ignore the OVR for the majority of players, all it signifies is that they are better at things other than their main role. A silver or even bronze winger can be just as effective as a gold one if he has decent stats that relate to the role of a winger. He might be absolutely gash at shooting, or tricks, or defending, but that isn't his role.
 
Dani Alves as RWB in a 5-2-2-1 formation acts like a striker. Dude cuts in from the right like a knife. Awesome but gets tired at the 70th minute and needs subbed. :/

I quit a game before even taking the kick off earlier, it was raining and I bloody hate the way the game changes in the rain. It's not that I can't play in the rain, I just hate how it feels. Slow, clunky and no fun whatsoever. Instead of passing being slick it slowly bobbles about the pitch it's absolutely pathetic. Loads of teams water the pitch before kick off to make the pitch slicker, faster and make the ball glide across the surface more, in this game the absolute opposite happens.

It's almost as bad as the ****ing snow.

Depends on how much certain players cost on 360 but I'd like to have IF Thiago Neves in there and probably Dani Alves and Thiago Silva if you can afford them. IF Ramires is amazing for the middle too. Don't forget to look up Sao Paulo CM Lucas. Not amazing at passing but really quick dribbler.

EDIT: I'd rather play 4-3-2-1 to be honest, then you can put Hulk and Michel Bastos in there.
