Honestly not sure what trait he has, but I assume IF's don't lose/gain traits over the NIF?

He may be suited better more up top, but for me he has been solid, a rock in defense, can get up well with the ball, good passes and has gotten in, weaved well and nailed a few away over time, too, a real asset to the team tbh.

Building a Serie A team

I only have IF Ramirez, Giovinco, De Rossi and Ogbonna currently but i hope to get the below. Need to save up though.

Ibra -- Cavani

IF Ramirez -- Giovinco

Cambiasso -- De Rossi

Taiwo -- Chiellini -- Ogbonna -- Abate

Buffon

Looks like a solid line up.

I wouldnt bother with Giovinco, had him in my Serie A team for the UT tourney, and while he is fast, he can do **** all else, very weak and small. Krasic much better RM im finding.

well he suits your style of play, i prefer my CDM's to break up attacks and play passes to my other players, that is all. unless they are really good like Carlos, then they can hit free kicks, corners and the occasional long shot.

Basically when i play with a 4222, i see it as 6 defending players and 4 attacking players. so i choose my CDM's for defending abilities first anything else is a bonus.

i had to pick de rossi to be able to link with ogbonna, same goes for buffon and abate. in the future when i can afford silva, i can probably hope to get maicon and stek. which would maybe mean de rossi moving out too for someone better.

im hoping to have 4 teams which i rotate: Brazil, French, Serie A and EPL.

i have in the past only used 2 teams and sold and re-bought when i fancied a change, but i think with 4 i should never get bored of using the same players over and over again.

that's all i need him for, run down the wing and cross, he also has 5 star skills and insane dribbling stats, which means his control must be insane for twisting and turning.

for a comparison to other players im using in that position in my other teams Menez, IF Remy, Neymar, Robhino. All of them are fast, 2 of them are tiny and weak but they usually don't get bullied due to me using them in open spaces to run.

i think he is going to suit my style of play extremely well, im still saving up for the whole team as well as an IF i want for my future EPL team, so i will find out in a wee while, but i've looked at all the other players and the only one i can think of to replace him in that position is Di Natale who costs 25 times as much. so if he doesnt work out, that's who is going to replace him.

or if IF Ramirez is crap, then ill put Di Natale on that side.

Oh so Giovinco is fast? As someone I know would say - "so's Linford Christie, but have you ever seen him play football?"

Aguero is officially the best player on UT in my opinion. i can only imagine how good an IF Aguero is. Any ideas why there are no IF Aguero cards on the market?

Played a game last night and realised the importance of Chemistry. Guy had an overall squad of 85 but Chem was only 47. dude couldn't put two passes together, ended up trumping him 8-1.

wat? point at goal and shoot = goal. What's not to get on with? :P

Just seems to be pretty good at everything, without being a beast (in my option)

Great dribbler, seems to lack agility/flair. Good finisher, but lacks shot power and weak foot has seemed poor - even though I know it shouldn't be! Doesn't seem to be that quick, and gets pushed off the ball too easily.

He was my favourite player in FUT11 (at CAM) I'd move him back there but think I prefer Aimar/Diego instead.

Just what I was thining, jack of all trades master of none, sadly, much prefer Ibra now who is taller, better header, more shot power, better finesse, better weak foot (iirc), and 5* skills, albeit a tad slower.

Btw..Aimar?....WHO?

Fair do's mate, I play defensive on 4-2-2-2 which leaves me generally 6 backs, but with my 2 they really go forward when the time is right too, rocking a pretty balanced team atm:

----------- Steklenburg ------------
-- Maicon - Lucio - Silva - Marcelo --
-------Dani Alves ---I F Boateng ----
--Ronaldinho ------------- Robinho--
----- Pato -------- Ibrahimovic -----

Enjoying 4-2-2-2 more than I ever dreamed I would/could! :D

Gonna be trying a La Liga 4-3-2-1 for my 2nd/3rd team though, already have a La Liga Hybrid 4-1-2-1-2 with

----------- Steklenburg -----------
Dani Alves - Silva - Lucio - Maicon
----------- IF Boateng ------------
-Di Maria ---------------- Lavezzi -
--------------- Ozil ---------------
- Rossi (to be bought and tried) - Benzema -

****.

I'd quite like a front two of Ibra and Failcow, but can't see how I'm going to manage it chemistry-wise ;p

You'd have to try something like 4-2-2-2 and make sure that the link between them is the only dud one.

CAMs of the same nationality as each other, but the same league as each of your forwards, I guess.

one last thing, thinking of as I said, a 4-3-2-1 La Liga 2nd team, which of these midfield/attacking combos would you go for?

--- Iniesta - Xabi - Xavi ---
--- IF David Silva -- Villa ---
----------- Torres ---------

- Fabregas - Xabi - Xavi -
--- David Silva -- Villa---
-------- Messi --------

Might be able to windle in affording Messi if I'm lucky :o or could possibly go:

Silva - Ronaldo
--- Aguero ---
