I've never played with Gomez, but played against him a couple of times. Always scores goals. In one game he literally pulled my pants down but to be fair I was still working out how to defend successfully!

You work much better as a team than Claire's brother & I, we have completely different playstyles so we'e always out of position!.. bit like me on my own :D

Yup. Well, that, and the fact that I need the moneyz from matches. Might play a few tournies tonight, I'd like to think I'm good enough to win some, otherwise the last 2 weeks of my life have been rather wasted :p

I'll give you a game at some point mate, woul be good to test the La Liga 433 against he who suggested it ;)

I've hated 433 in the past but it seems to be working this time around, I can't say I'm convinced with Fabregas though, gets pushed around a bit too easy. I've got Sahin as backup and although he's a bit slow, he's stronger and has a wicked shot on him.

Best player so far is Kaka who is scoring some screamers :D

However, I still expect to get spanked as I usually do when I play fellow OcUKers :o

Oh and... I <3 Valdes... that is all.
 
just seen an IF Aguero on the market for 1.6m. offered Aguero + IF Silva + SIF Van Persie + 300k. i doubt ill get it but worth a punt i thought.

Doubt it, you've essentially offered him 600K below asking! :o

La Liga hybrid is working quite well, had some really fun games with Andy & sarah last night!

Surprised at how fast the game played, Xavi's passes are megnatic, really cannot fault that, he found Villa through crowds at times! :D

Not sure if the team is as "fun" as the 4-2-2-2 Serie A/Brazils, but its probably a tad more effective, also got Eto'o in a pack last night, so him & Ibra are gret supersubs for Torres depending on the situation/needs!

Would love to be able to swap Fabgregas out for Xavi in my squad... and add Villa.... and Torres lol

Too many things I want to change :D
 
I'm tempted to swap out fabregas for Iniesta, will give him some more time, actually bought on IF Beckham at 70 mins to test his passing, and it was pretty much Xavi-esque :eek:

Other option is Sneijder for Fabregas & Robben for Reyes... :o or just get Messi to play ST, but I'm worried he might be too small for the way I play this team so far.

You get monies from winning tournament matches :p

Then there's the winning fund, I have won 21 tourneys which is just short of 40k from the winners amount alone! (1,900 tourney)
