Just tried again and all i did was push the guy about, though i do have some control problems when its inside a building, maybe its not going fast enough.

Still you only need 1 engineer, 1 support, and the rest of your team could go on a MAV rampage while providing cover for the 2 soldiers who do all the capping. (Engineer to deal with vehicles, support to resupply him).

You can't instagib from miles away in BF3.

I'm pretty certain you also have to hit them in a specific area. That guy seems to have insanely good control of it though, fair play to him. It's not the easiest thing to fly so accurately.

Most of his targets are standing still or in a predictable direction.

Yeah but he seems to be well used to the handling of the thing, normally I'm veering all over the place and bumping into walls. Can't say I've seen anyone fly one so precisely. Wonder how many hours he has with it.
