I'm absolutely gobsmacked at how close the poll is, it's really quite exciting.

The poll genuinely hasn't been edited - Screenies have been posted to show that and every time I've looked, it's within a few votes either way. We dons have enough to do anyway without having to keep editing a poll to make it even.

I stick by what I said in the beginning, even if the vote does end up with LEAVE as the winner, I hope that lolbritboy stays. This place would be sadder without him.

Which have far less votes, that coupled with the closeness of this poll makes it suspicious. Still, it's entirely possible that the forum members are extremely passionate about Britboy's fate.

I don't see anything fishy. The multi option ballots aren't the same, the last one shows how close they can come. I can think of a lot that have come very close, particularly the Libya ones.
 
Lysander left because he felt he was bullied for his beliefs and his views. It is a shame than anyone should have to feel that way regardless of what people thought of his posts.

I'll email him at the weekend and see if he might reconsider. I like Lysander.

Oh right. I thought he left due to the whole pancake thing which annoyed him. :p
 
I thought that Lysander would have been above that and realised that people can be *****.
I assumed he left though just because he was a bit fed up, and the pancake thing was the straw that broke...
I wouldn't have thought he felt that he was victimised or anything. But I haven't spoken to him properly, just making assumptions from his posts.

I must say, when there was the "Where's Ahleckz?" thread (yes guys, there really was one!) it made me glad I posted here. Good community overall.

I liked Lysander too. I thought he got the hump because he had a pancake in his avatar.
