Just Stick with it

Oh and try and stick to one gun at a time. Most of the weapons are pretty average by default.

Its only as you unlock sights, foregrips, extended mag, heavy barrel etc.. that they actually become really good.

So just pick one or two classes, and one gun for that class and stick to it. Level them up and unlock stuff. Don't go switching between them trying to find the best one. They all start out pretty crap.

I couldnt give a damn what scope they used. As i said earlier, i played a game of caspian border where 6 of my 10 deaths were from the same camper with an IRNV scope.

i was still MVP however, and on flag caputres, not kills. The camper had over double my kills, but i still had more points.

You have a right to your opinion about this game and COD just like me, no its nothing like COD i never said it was, i said it becoming more like it, how close is a matter of opinion..
And lastly your have just contradicted yourself because it was not about whether you cared or not about that player when that fact is it was about what makes it easier for such a player whether you cared or not.

Cool thanks for the replies, I'll stick to it.

Seams my PC spec isn't terrible on it as it seams to play ok at medium settings,
Intel 8400 CPU, 4Gb ram, ATI HD4870.

Oh will the Karkland map be a download for the standard edition at some point ?
Loved it on Bf2
 
Can I enable a colour blind mode for this game on the colours between an enemy and a squad mate? I honestly cannot tell the difference, which is forcing me to quickly read my squadmate list before shooting, which obviously doesn't go very well.

Also still have a disconnecting issue which is driving me insane and ruining the experience -.-
 
Lots of disconnects for me today and yesterday.

With other games like TF2 if (or when in the case of my crappy Irish connection) my connection drops for a few seconds, you have 30 seconds for it to come back and you can continue fine. But with BF3 if my connection stalls even for just a few seconds BOOM! game dies and you're back to desktop within 5 seconds of a bit of lag. Seems like a very silly system as not eveyone has 100% reliable fibre optic connections.
 
What i dont understand is why there are so many retarded people. Do they not use the mini map! they just let bad people walk right behind them or completely ignore them in other mysterious ways for no apparent reason.

The idea of covering someones back as they run across a gap also seems lost on a lot of people.

but anybody without a name above their head is an emeny.

And spotted enemy players have that little triangle above their head that your team mates don't have. Your squad mates will have a little icon telling you what class they are that the enemy wont have either.

you can download them at the same time. You just have to pay. LE owners get it for free. Thats the only difference.

Karkland maps are free if your per order and will cost you if you didn't per order... cant remember the cost sorry..maybe £10
 
Guys

Can anyone help with a problem which is when i used to press the ESC key i would go to the menu options ( graphcis etc ) now for some reason when i press the ESC key it just takes me stright out the game and back to the desktop!

Driving me nuts

I didn't actually know that, thanks. When the colour looks identical, I spend too much time trying to work out what it actually is instead of using common sense it seems.

Just been disconnected from yet another game though. Gonna have to stop playing this as it really ****** me off everytime it happens as I'm bleeding thousands of points -.-
