The 'stay' refers to the expected duration of your.....stay (i.e long stay, short stay). Regardless of which service you choose you can still leave whenever you like, just pay the relevant fee and carry on your way.
The whole notion you are trying to invent just doesnt exist, you will never be penalised for returning to your car early. if you pre-pay for parking you don't have to wait until the ticket runs out before you can leave.
Maybe if you drove and had daily exposure to the scenarios and signage we are referring to you would be armed with a decent arsenal of relevant examples - rather than say pictures about elephants and mindsets

Well if you frequented this forum you would know that everytime someones creates a thread akin to the OP here I always post the same response. It genuinely amazes me how simple english can be purposefully misconstrued. So forgive me but if you can't understand basic english, that in my book that makes you a moron
