The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim announced

That is so so so cool. I guess it's there for the modders to port Oblivion/Morrowind etc... into Skyrim's graphics engine maybe? Or maybe for those who have done huge expansions based on Oblivion, can easily port them in. Personally I think it would be completely awesome if they created some kind of DLC, that allowed you to visit these places as they are in 'Skyrim' time. So you could actually see the Imperial City (thought it should be in ruin by now - after the brief rumours I've heard).

Pretty good stuff!
Excellent arrangement for piano. Violin didn't quite do it for me, but still well made and well executed! :)

I'd love the Piano one! Like a copy of it. Would be so geeky to learn to play it :)

Crashing all the time at lvl 41 now. Sick of it. 2600k and a 560ti. Seems its an issue when the file save gets larger.

This would be a pain if this is an issue... Seems an odd one for Beth... I did kind of think that the larger save file might somehow link in with more RAM usage (god knows how) and break the stupid limit - why changing limits is working for some people.

This is getting pathetic... ever since the patch it has been CTD'ing for me consistently quicker to the point of about 4-5 mins maximum play time.

Now, however, any time I try to enter Whiterun it CTDs. A MAJOR gamebreaker for me as all my **** is in my Whiterun house.

To be honest, I can't be bothered to even try to play this anymore until they sort this out as I have to spend around 15 mins of every hour restarting the game and reloading my save.

Is it worth buying the Prima guide?

I managed to pick mine up for a tenner, so at that price would say it was definitely worth buying. But for almost £20 I would say just wait until the wikis and things have more content. The one thing I don't like about a book is that it's very hard to find what you're looking for quickly, but it is a very good and comprehensive book from what little I've looked at so far. It also comes with a very good map with every location and a numbering system that makes finding locations very easy (if only a little daunting to begin with).

If you can wait, don't buy it; but I don't think you would be disappointed if you did.

Damn, I really should have bought it at midnight launch when it was on offer :(

If my SS is still stalking me - Skyrin collectors book and soundtrack would be mucho appreciated.

everyone seems to have awesome armour here, im still running around in imperial light armour. Where can I get some good armour for a mage? Im not doing any crafting type stuff other than alchemy.. can i buy some decent armour anywhere, or do a quest for it? Got some rings and necklaces that give me better magicka, but thats about it..

Only 2 bugs realy annoying me at the moment :(

Done The Brotherhood and I am Listerner now, she keeps sending me to same NPC for contract, then he sends me to kill the same guy i killed earlier lol.

Also head of Companions Guild and they keep sending me to kill a wild animal in the same house all the time, wish the owner would buy a door to keep them out lol
Hope they fix these bug soon

oh for the love of.......just when i thought it couldnt happen it does. Bethesda breaks my game 90hrs in  Was working fine (after the 1st patch that is) then i quit out, it updated something, and now it wont load

ffffffffuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu

Muhahaha I am virtually rich. I have just made over 50k in about an hour of going from alchemy shop to alchemy shop buying the herbs, leveling up my alchemy and then selling the results back to them. Some of the potions I am making are worth 1k+ and I'm not even max alchemy (74 atm).

I'm level 30 now and still haven't got expert level destruction spells.

Got 90 in conjuration and alteration but destruction and restoration takes a **** ton of spamming to level up.

I was using the apprentice stone for a while but I kept getting one shotted by high level casters.

Went back to using the mage stone.

Telekineses is good fun, picking up any old item and launching them at people is quite hilarious.

I've stuck to my pure build and have 480 magicka points (+100 from arch robes and sven's amulet) and still stock health and stamina. lol

They will start appearing after you've done the first main mission which you get to fight a dragon and get hits soul and your first shout. After that, they will appear randomly
