IRNV hasn't been nerfed yet has it? To be honest I've been having loads more fun with a red dot. Brings up to aim much quicker, doesn't feel nearly as sluggish. IRNV felt great with the support weapons but for some reason just feels odd on assault rifles.

The amount of time I've been killed when I've tried to hit 1 to bring out my main gun and pressed ' at the same time bringing up the console and stopping me in my tracks.

I looked in the options to see if I could unbind it but couldn't see anything.

It happened to me the other night and i lolled after frantically trying to bring up my main weapon, then trying to run off, and turning on the spot wondering WTH I wasnt moving!! only to realise after i died that I had typed a load of nonsense into the console command line :D

Is it possible to have mouse wheel up and mouse wheel down bound as different commands or are they tied as one axis? I find those the most useful for primary and secondary weapon selection as i always use the number keys to cycle weapons.

Nah mate, i've been playing LOTRO and The Force Unleashed lately instead of BF:3, it's been a couple of days since my last play and i just don't fancy playing the game anymore.

I just noticed I had some other optic option IVF or something

Anyway puts it on my Russian gun for my medic and the thing is like a heat seeker ffs :D

Surely this isnt serious? No wonder sometimes I though how the fudge in a bucket did you spot me when I got killed!

Ive not overly bothered with customising my man, but now I realise im missing out on stuff.... what is there out there that stops you glowing orange or is there no deterrent to this sight?

Good shout that.

I'll have a look at making a new profile in the Razer driver and then never have to press 1 in this game again. :)

Spec Ops camo works against IRNV. You just look the same colour as everything else.
 
As the pilot F switches between your rockets and missiles so it's annoying having to use numbers as the gunner.

I use the scroll wheel on my RAT7 mouse mainly for changing weapons but it is really too sensetive, so when I try to change my weapon I am standing in front of an enemy with a mine or medi pack instead of my gun

Same with my G9, absolutely hate using mouse wheel. Alwasy seems to skip my RPG and go to knife!
