My housemate bought an electronic device from South Africa for £180, what is it?

i agree with whoever said it's a penis enlarger enlarger. when your penis enlarger enlarges your penis so it's too large to fit, you need a larger enlarger, hence the penis enlarger enlarger. it's an iterative process. the rods in his back may be to aid blood transfusion, as other wise an erection may drain too much blood away.

It sounds like its going to be something that uses computer controlled magnets to properly align his platelets, optimise his blood flow and ultimately direct it to his wang, resulting in penile enlargement.
