Not sure how the F2000 is still getting complaints, the M416 and AEK are both better for slightly different reasons. It also has the worst first bullet accuracy of any assault rifle. There's nothing to complain about, except that it's popular.

RPG and grenade spam in confined areas annoys the hell out of me way more than anyones gun choice does.
 
You know what I hate... I HATE HOW THE ANTI AIRCRAFTS JUST NEED TO SHOOT AT YOU FOR HALF A SECOND AND THEN YOUR JET'S DISABLED.

Go running into a building and if there's a claymore there 9 times out of 10 notice it just before it blows up and go "oh bugger"

No, you're doing it wrong: pick weapon that always wins firefights in most common situations for the map, ignore how much you have used, only care about one thing and that one thing only, your guessed it K/D.
 
Had a major LOL moment last night on Tehran Highway. We were on the AVForums server (very smooth and we've cut it down to 48 players) and about 6 of us were all on teamspeak but I was the only person on TS on the other side so they were all chatting away and I'm being very quiet and not saying a word. I started running after one of the guys in TS to get his tags and another person in TS spawned on him right in front of me so he got de-tagged immediately which brought much cursing, then I got the other guy as well! two person squad, both knifed, squad wipe ribbon, sorted! There was much cursing and anger in chat!
 
How are you meant to unlcok stuff for the jets i find it impossible to make any kills and get shot down easy.

i think once I unlock guided missles etc. they will be worthwhile but on lvl 0 the jets are useless and personally I cant even level them up I just keep getting shot down and find it hard to make any kills using machine gun.

Also, I aint played for a while but some people have presitged and seemed to unlocked everyitng already Im only on lvl 12

agree...according to my stats...ive got 1670 kills with the F200....but 2895 kills with the M416. Up close is beter with the f2000...but it sux at any range. Overall M416 is beter performer.Never really stuck by the AEK for much time for some reason.

Don't even bother with servers running Conquest 64 for this, there are so many things which can shoot you down. You need to have basic unlocks and be comfortable with them already for that.

Try a Rush 32 map like Capsian. The only real threat is the other jet (engineers on the ground seem to be too busy with the tanks, unless you're flying an MAV bizarrely). When you've taken down the jet there's time for a couple of ground runs before it comes back up again.

The other day I was playing and my fps just suddenly started dipping and the game made my hdd thrash. I persisted, but then it crashed the game and CCC with a DX error.

That sound similar to a leak?

Spec:
i5 750 stock
8gb xmp 1600
4890 + 4870(512mb) on Catalyst 11.11 + 11CAP2.
Realtek alc889a enabled, but with my microsoft lx3000 set as default (which seems to stop the hardlocks).
 
Just joined a server where a cheater was knifing people despite standing some 300 metres away and with a few dozen walls between us. A new hack apparently. Can nothing be done about these people.

Oh I'm sure it's a good laugh for the cheater but is there any point? They'll only have their account locked eventually.

F2000 on the smaller maps is deadly, AEK is also good on the smaller maps but the AEK burst fire mode on the bigger maps makes the AEK a better option.

Support class on the Hilltop in Caspian is great choice, So many ways to approach a tank that thinks it is going to capture the Hilltop and then C4 it to kingdom come.
Throw down an ammo crate, it usually gets raided by engineers planting AT mines, tanks will shoot the mines most of the time, when they do that, sneak up on the tank and use the C4 again. Too busy with blowing up mines to watch out for troops with C4.
A good trick if you are the engineer (with mines) and you have the stinger equipped and a tank is making itself a nuisance, is to plant some mines around it, drop a grenade and run for cover. Killed so many tanks that way, they must be wondering what the hell is going on :)
