I refuse to let Steam rape my wallet anymore...Not since the wallet rapeage of Xmas '10 they inflicted...
Will there be another one after Xmas?
Mirrors Edge is £6.49. Might not be supersale but worth it.
Well last year there was a Thanksgiving/Black Friday/Autumn Sale (this one on now) then there was the Great Big Treasure Hunt sale that was at the end of the 1st week of December and finally there was the Christmas Sale which started about a week before the 25th.
So.... final day of sales, what're your recommendations from the rest of the games which didn't make it into the daily but are still great bargains. Mine is "The Binding of Isaac" which is a great game for the measly sum of €2.50 (or whatever it is in your equivalent payment method).
Just found out Dark Sector was on offerI bought always wanted to play!
Is section 8 worth picking up? I'm like FPS if it helps, bit sick of CoD/battlefield now though.
I'm sure it's been below £4 in previous sales, was even free via EA Downloader a couple of years back.
Not saying that should dissuade people but those counting the pennies will likely be able to get it cheaper at Christmas.
From what i read Multiplayers Pretty much dead. SP isnt amazing but they say 'fun'
Cheers for the headsup, will give this a miss then. Sigh, really need a new online FPS to play. I might end up getting back into CSS again, sigh.
Any reccomendations in the sale? I have BF:BC2 and Blops/MW2. Don't feel like picking up MW3 (bored of blops/mw2 and it's like the same game) and refuse to play on origina so BF3 is out.
Any other reccomendations for general games too? Don't really feel like looking through 1.5k items...
