She wasn't exercising her right to free speech, she was committing a public order offence and has duly been arrested. This is how society regards her freedom of expression.

Except (I'm hoping) without a child in their lap. If someone wants to go on a rant then fair play, but as a parent you have a duty of care too that child, so ranting should be done without your kids there so they don't get caught up in it.

For me it has little to do with her inherent racism and everything to do with her use of profanity and aggressive attitude, not only in public but in front of children.

The Britain I want to live in has a higher standard of personal behaviour than that. I frankly couldn't care less if she is a racist or not.
