I'm supposed to be practicing numerical and logical reasoning tests. Stop filling my head with these words!

Also - Urban dictionary seems to have defined it! (or close to it ;p) -

when one person is wakling along and they do something silly, but in a cartoon sort of way
when one falls on a banana skin. some who saw it would say "that was a floba job"

Point taken.....the trouble is up here it will have a similar weight if the law is passed which it looks likely to be ....I agree it should be philisophical but it aint going to be soon in Scotland.....back to the dark ages

I should have clarified its a law on religious bigotry mainly targeted as a result of football hooligans ......but there it will be and applicable to any dissension by bthe looks of it.

I'd just like to say before C.R.A.Z.Y. gets the wrong idea about OCUK forums being right wing that there are about 74 posters in this thread consisting of about 3 people with racist views and 71 posters arguing with them.
This is how it as always been and 3 posters do not make a right wing forum.

She is a criminal because she committed a public order offence...just the aggressive use of profanity would have been enough to break that law.....regardless of the content.

She could have talking about butterflies and hotdogs, but if she went about it using the same language and aggressive attitude she would still be committing an offence.
