I still don't believe in the handicap. I played a bronze team with my Barca team and I ripped him a new one. Puyol and Pique made mince meat out of everyone.

Thinking of selling and making a BPL team.

Looks good... Two strikers with 90 and 92 shooting sounds tempting.

but I think I'll hold out for an IF Benzema then think about changing things up.

If you do decide to change it up, id recommend IF Silva over Modric. I have dabbled with Silva, Nasri, IF Silva and Modric in the CAM position and found Modric to be slow, sloppy and pretty weak.

Also IF Bale is something worth looking into for LM. Pace is nuts, decent shot and free kicks always go in.
 
Been arsing about with a random bronze team myself, just met a guy with all rare english bronzes and Xavi in Midfield, he won 2-0 but christ, how desperate are these people? :p

Are you saying he was abusing the handicap? :confused:

I will not come to terms with this handicap. I just believe its all down to player skill. If someone makes a video demostarting the effects of a handicap then maybe I'll consider it.

Someone needs to do a full on bronze vs a top team like mine (;)) and see how the top players perform against a bronze team.... in c.s.i. detail.
 
Anyone have any experience wit Modric , I played 5 or so games with him and I just can't get him to play and pass as well the CAM in my german team.

Any ideas would be great
 
I had him for a brief period and didn't get on with him either tbh, okay he's got good dribbling and passing but he's so weak and slow, much prefer Nasri or Silva. Or even Gotze.

Had I recorded the games I played last night it would make pretty good viewing - I think it was pretty obvious!

Would try it making bronze/silver/gold teams and see the effects are but it's not going to work for me, a lot of my game is using the skill moves and the cheap bronze/silvers don't have them! :( Flip side is that when my gold side is affected by the handicap, skillmoves are next to useless as it feels their agility has been cut by half :/
 
anyone had any deals with IF Johnson at RB?

currently got Sagna in the A team and Richards in the B (4-1-2-1-2). wondering if he will offer something different?

You sure there's a handicap? Drogba should always feel clumsy, and Doumbia slow :p

i have him, but i got him in a pack, so i have kept him, since he is both english and the highest rated RB in the EPL, his price should rise like mad.

now he is much better than sagna, but just slightly better than Richards, tbh.

if you like to attack with your RB, he will be the best you can get.

IF Johnson > Richards > Johnson > Walker > Sagna

in fact i would say sagna is one of the worst RB's in the EPL, Bosingwa is better.

Sonny, disagree with y ou, Walker is the best English RB in Fifa 12 by miles. His pace along means he keeps up with every other attacker out there.

he's quicker than Johnson, better in the air than Johnson, and has the same defending stats. Johnsons only better in shooting and passing.

I find that Walker loves to overlap too and swings in a pretty mean cross!

I'd say it's Walker > Johnson > Richards > Sagna.

johnson is backup to Walker for me currently.

(this is non IF by the way, it's not fair to compare IF players to non IF players). If an IF of Walker showed up, he'd be better stats wise than Johnson I'm sure.

yeah he is good at defending the wing, but crap for crosses due to his height, if the guy comes up the right wing and gets past your LB, and your CB gets pulled out wide, therefore your other CB moves across and then walker is defending the backpost = a clear header every time.

they need a combination of pace, defending and height.

therefore Richards > Johnson > Walker

if your talking about NON IF's only.

lol :p Drog and Doumb have been tearing defences apart! The only times I've struggled are against "weak" teams, then they play as if they're wearing concrete boots :D
