I still prefer the AEK over the F2000 for any map that isn't very close quarters, as its more reliable at range. I don't really have a problem with the F2000, doesn't seem OP when I use it or face it.
 
My favourite bf3 hobby must defo be, come up from behind a tree or a hill almost the whole map away in a chopper, press Q millions of times to find some infantry running around, missile the crap out of them.

so easy to kill infantry now :D
 
Damn, i've got 625m i need to play as recon some more, i'm more of a mid range sniper but im gonna try and get some long shots in now :P

I agree about the sniper revenge, just make sure you have a decent sidearm for when they get in your face. Good fun though haha

I had just earned the bipod for that rifle when I got that shot - it really makes a difference as you don't have to hold your breath to steady the shot.

It is such an overpowered class. Every noob out there is using engineer class so he can rpg people. I much prefered how it was in BC2. Engineer did have the rps aw well, but main guns were rubbish. Now they have the best guns, rps, mines, etc. The only class that can kill everything on the map (choppers, jets, tanks, people).

Best guns? They have the worst guns by far. Only rpg saves them otherwise nobody would play as engineer.

IMO Support is the uber class. Massive magazine capacity and decent stopping power on the LMGs, C4, Mortars, and claymores with Infinite ammo.

C4 for the tanks, and nothing stopping you grabbing the mobile AA for taking out air power. I've destroyed plenty more aircraft as support in the AA than I have as an engineer with a stinger. (In fact I think I may have taken out more helicopters with a main battle tank than a stinger).

bs, i go as engi cos i like to help the team by destroying vehicles!

What a bunch of cry babies!

There is only one thing in this game that is "overpowered" and that's the IRNV, this should be totally removed.

Other than that, a gun is a gun, man the **** up and stop whinging.

First it's the SCAR that's overpowered, now that got nerfed its the A91, people just looking for something to blame for their lackluster performance.

Get. Better.
 
I want the assault class to be able to keep the med kit but still use grenade launchers. get rid of the defibs maybe

But that defeats the point?
You sacrifice healing power to be able to wield the grenade launcher, but you are still able to res people.
 
i like support to take out tanks. they definitely don't get the best guns and often small load out clips. the number of times I've run out of ammo its untrue.

yesterday i got knifed by someone cos i was typing to my team to drop some flipping ammo on hilltop. soo annoying but i guess the guy did me a favour cos i got to spawn with more bullets to throw.
 
Rate of fire is believed to be increased by fitting the silencer, don't use it myself, I prefer the AEK.

Correct

its ROF that goes up, not damage.

Obviously this decreases the time to kill, same as increasing the damage would. So they both have the same net effect
