Basically.

When off the ball - High Pressure
When on the ball - Possesion
when an attacking midielder is about to pass to an attacking striker - offside trap
when conceding a corner - counter attack

and to never cpu contain in the middle areas of the pitch, only cpu contain in wide areas. One of my biggest problems.

Do all you lot use those tactics? Only thing I use is defensive or attacking! Am I missing an obvious advantage?

Does anyone know if you can have a standard player in one squad and an IF (of the same player) in a different squad, at the same time?
 
Have just aquired myself a certain Mr. Nando Torres for my team, cost me 48,500 in correct formation and position which I didn't think was too bad. First XI nearly complete now, just need to bag myself Cech for Reina and that's the first team sorted....for now. After that I think i'll get Gazza Bale and put him on RW for a dark green boot instead of Gervinho and see if that works out any better. Gervinho ain't bad at all but i've heard good things about Bale. Putting him on the right means he can cut in on his left :)

Would love an IF Mata but will cost too much. Will try and get myself an IF Adebayor though, stats look great.

Also SIF Naldo has an 82 for shooting? WTF?

How does that midfield work for you? I found when I play 4312 with 3 attack minded CM my midfield gets completely overrun and end up conceding a lot of goals.

To be honest I find it a bit of a challenge, especially coupled with Tactical Defending. Last season's UT I played a Serie A 4-1-2-1-2 with Cambiasso placed in front of Thiago Silva and Chiellini in the middle and Maicon and TOTY Balza either side so not a lot got past :)

As long as I don't give the ball away in silly positions I can go forward and create chances so it's not all bad, I just wanted to try something a bit different this time around (and 4-1-2-1-2 is expensive :(). I was going to get Y. Toure anyway as a rotation player to stick in that central CM spot to shore up the defensive side of things if thigs go pear shaped. Nani is a beast, end of story :D
 
Javi Carcia could fit nicely into my Barca team replacing Javi Mascherano. :cool:

Should get alteast 7 or 8 chem.
