:D you will like it, it's funny when you start getting some kills with it and certain guys will single themselve out just to hunt down your MAV's lol. Will take an hour or two i reckon to get use to controlling it. so don't expect to be getting kills with it straight away :)

Same here, and im dire with it tbh. Cant get the lead on moving targets at all. Even when someone is sat still i have bother hitting them. Longest headshot so far is only 395y/m whatever the game uses to measure.

I was lagging so badly on that map last night, I might as well have been cheating. My CM went up the spout, massive jitter and 350+ ping. Most of the time I would run and stay in the same place. I rebooted the modem afterwards and things improved (although my "skill" dropped significantly.)
 
Finally realised who voiced the Russians on BF3!

With regards to turning in the jet I have found an exploit where if you press the after burner for split second then brake for a split second and keep cycling between them whilst moving the mouse your turns get tighter and tighter until you spin rediclously fast - 360 in about .5 seconds and you can dodge missiles and enemy jets with ease. It is a bit tricky to get the hang of but once you have you can open some whoop ass! As for joystick pilots, lol easy meat!

This works with the 360 pad, a mixture of afterburner, brake and normal thrust with diagonal turns of the stick(s) and your plane is turning like crazy.
Dont even have to use the afterburner at times, just alternate quick taps of the brake and thrust and if you have a jet pilot who isnt at least trying to do the same, then he wont shake you off.
Unless your wingman has been nailed and then you are trying to shake off the other jet in the air. Then just try and make it back to base if you know there is somebody in the AA gun. Saved my bacon a few times that.
