Ha, it does seem eeryone are level 40 and above, the one thing which anoys me about it is the usas and frag rounds, it seems everyman and his dog uses it and its impossible to not die from it

nothing wrong with the USAS
its specifically the frag rounds. They are getting nerfed in the next PC patch, which the xbox will get god knows when because it takes so long for microsoft to approve it.

98 - 0 he went in the buggy, as two of his mates were on the opposite team and kept reviving each other and he killed them again.
His stats have already been reset

I don't believe thats the problem at all tbh, with all other multi-plat games the 360 gets patches at the same time as the PC version and way before the PS3 version.
Im more inclined to believe the 1 week delay is a similar deal to the week delay in DLC the PS3 has.

hopefully it'll be nerfed in the next patch for ps3 then, as its a joke, the range is ridiculous as is the splash damage.
its probably both parties that have held up the xbox patch, tbh it doesnt really do much to change things bar ruin what was some good weapons, take the stinger for example, one shot would disable a chopper, since the patch it only just tickles it, rendering it useless as by the time you've reloaded its gone.
It's out now. You have to go to the store in-game and 'buy' it even if you have the Limited Edition version of the game. It's then a 1.3GB download. I had assumed that the maps were included in the 700MB patch we got last week, but it seems not!
