I have that bug too, have seen a few people in various forums with it too.
I went to jail and completed the quest. After the quest it said that the bounty was removed and my innonence was proven. However the guards still stop me but the dialogue options are the same from beofre the quest was completed. If I click go to jail they just ask again, I can't pay the bounty as they wont accept it. All I can do is fight them and leave. I can't go to Markarth at all now as it just repeats the same thing over and over!
Unlocked an awesome perk on Two-Handed. "Standing power attacks do 25% bonus damage with a chance to decapitate your enemies". I just killed a bandit with the ancient nord greatsword of cold and it did a cool animation of a decapitation.![]()
The main quest rocks - that dwemer city is very, very cool.
Master difficulty is definitely the best way to play this game. Was beginning to find it tediously easy and more of a chore than fun before I ramped the difficulty up.
Now its entertainingly challenging.
Even on medium difficulty i occasionally find enemies who one shot me, yesterday i was being killed by regular bandits with one arrow! there isn't anything you can really do to stop them hitting you either
Every time i think i will up the difficulty something like that happens

All i want in 1.3 are my bookshelves working again![]()
Does that still apply if you completely ignore enchanting and smithing?Mage becomes strong, done the main quest on hardest setting without to much problem
raise hp when you level NOT magic, you will thank me later![]()

Tempted to pick this up tomorrow, I'm a die hard FPS fan that's never played RPG's before, would you say it's easy to get in to?
Got to agree, I have enjoyed it much more tonight on master. Now a pack of wolves actually has a chance and I have to do more than just click the button.
