True, but first they have to take you to court and get a County Court Judgement against you, and seeing as they would have no way of actually proving who was driving, they wouldn't even bother trying.

Just highlighting the language they use mate. "could" being in bold.

No ones ever been to court over it i think. Might be once and the parking company lost.
