XBOX *** OCUK UMVC3 Tournament ***

I hope it doesn't seem patronising, but the difference in experience/hours played makes a huge difference. HyV and I do know a few new characters, so it's not like we're helpless with them. I understand what you're saying though Drunzer. I guess it's to keep things more competitive overall.
Ravl going through is ok with me, I'm fine with taking down the tourney via losers bracket. :)

indeed it does. and i just add acid rain to my dante combo to make it more stylish:), but it does less damage than before:(, unless i can do more loops, which is really hard because of the increased hitstun scaling in umvc3.
 
Nah I understand what you're saying, that's fine guys :) I'm working on things as hard as I can but I have a lot of real life stuff going on too so I can't spend as much time as I would like, for example that test I was studying for I ended up passing so I have the final interview next thursday so I'll be spending a good amount of my time preparing for that. I'm hoping to get my game out of the way this Sunday, so Scenos if you see this let me know if that's okay for you.
 
Sceno wasnt being specific when he told me he had beaten you ¬_¬

All i read at the time was that he said he beat you so i thought id put it up. He then said he beat you at SF4 a while back which is when i was like :confused:

lol it's cool I was being sarcastic, would take a little more than a comment like that to upset me. Hyv's Wesker upsets me, rash's Abel in AE upsets me, other than that I'm fine :) I don't know who Scenos is to be honest, if we played in AE it must have been a while back cause I'm normally good with remembering names.

Guys me and Sceno had a discussion tonight about when we're going to play, hopefully it's going to happen tomorrow. I take full responsibility for why it hasn't happened so far, Sceno has been trying I just haven't had the opportunity. Update soon hopefully :)

i hope someone is recording some videos:), i am getting some recording equipment in a week or two weeks time. hopefully i will do some combo videos(with inputs and explanations!), analysis and commentary on my matches.

Hi guys, me and Drunzer got our matches done tonight.

Did a lag test which was deceptively clear then played. We both struggled with combos a bit, Drunzer taking the first game. The next 5 games went down to pure character stupidness on my part. I think I may have accidently mentally guard broke Drunzer by mashing Start+Back after the victory screen and taunting without meaning too. Poor show on my part but I genuinely didn't mean it (if TzeChungShek taunts you, he's blatantly being disrespectful, dont take any of that loool)

Just got done with my games with Scenos.

I'd love to sit here and tell you all the only reason I lost is because I didn't have any time to prepare but that's bs cause I had some opportunities tonight to convert on some stuff and I didn't where as Scenos didn't drop a thing, quality player. I'm for the most part inactive again now until Friday cause of job stuff etc but I'll be hitting this hard after that. Good games to you Scenos.

you could just play on if both players agree, or you can rearrange another time to play to see if it is laggy again. if it is laggy again, i will try to play both players to see who is the laggy one, if the connection is unplayable, that player is out (sorry but i dont want lag to ruin the tournament fun)

anyway what were the teams you both using? dont worry drunzer, if you have time, i can help you train again.
