Interesting.

I'm gonna try the 41212, not going to bother with the formation cards, and see how it works. I have yet to try it this year, and it may just turn out to be useful, otherwise I'll try your suggestion. Although I am hesitant to be rid of Mascherano, he literally skill-moved his way through six players earlier to feed a beautiful ball that the other guy was lucky to get to, and then was back to stop the counter attack. Lovely.

Drogba has just been so good for me, scored a ****load of goals. I wish I had never tried him, lol.
 
am quite enjoying my epl 41212 although i have still not even got to a final online lol not even a semi :)

one thing i am finding is the midfield is bare

nasri seems to go to far forward and essien sits that deep should the ball drop out to the edge of the area i have nobody there to get in and have a pop at goal

also have mata and gervinho in rm and lm but they seem to drop back so much that its johnson and enrique who get forward but to much leaving me open at the back

i have not altered any settings and use balanced

also game has ran like treacle for me today
 
Not sure off the top of my head what Mata and Gervinho's default workrates are but Johnson and Enrique are very attacking full backs and love to go wandering.

I bought a bronze pack earlier and got Cho Beom Seok, a random Korean bronze. Pretty unremarkable you'd think, but with a 41 rating he has the grand distinction of being the joint worst player in the game! :D Amazingly, this actually makes him worth something. :p

Good game Bunko, proper end to end stuff. Ran out of steam in ET but still managed to hit the woodwork twice.

I need to stop bumbling around with skills on the wing, you had an attack crossed it in, goal. I just need to cross more I think.
 
Good game mate, thought I'd lost it in the shootout! I don't have that problem as I don't really know any skills as it showed when I had the ball :p I think we both managed to hit the woodwork twice didn't we?

Anyone else want a game?

Haha, I think you deserved to win the game in normal time to be fair. Though Cech pulled off some wonder saves at the beginning, thought I was never going to get past him!
