Probably best to wait for some decent mods when the dev tools are released. Thats what I am going to do when I have completed it. Although I am now 200 hours in and have yet to complete the main quest fully or even start the assassins brotherhood questline

They had to go... the Bodyguard tripped and fell on a Fire Rune, the guy had an unfortunate accident with 2 jets of fire and the girl got in the way of a Flame Atronach.

I was on my way to doing something, and this guy was walking along with a cow that had funny markings on it.He said he was offering the cow to the giants, so they wouldnt attack his farm.I watched him walk a little further, and a sabre tooth attacked him, and killed the cow.

I ran back up to him, and he said, my wife is going to kill me now i have to get another cow... LOL

I hate those damn tigers. Walking along past an Inn minding my own business, wander into the forest beyond it, suddenly theres a huge roar and a Dragon lands somewhere. While I'm spinning around trying to figure out where it was a bloody Sabre Tooth mauls me to death from behind in 2 seconds flat ><

Oh and Giants are excellent training dummies for Destruction. I tried going all Sith Lord, spamming them with Lightning Bolts, but it got to me too fast and wtfpwnd me (Expert), so I just used Ice Spikes instead and it walks too slowly to do anything.

Pretty much a 50/50 split on the forums. I personally recommend KB+M. The interface is perfectly easy to navigate once you get used to it.

I would recommend the 360 pad - this game was clearly designed around it and it works brilliantly.

despite the menu interface and the skill trees, being obviously designed with the pad in mind, I would still say that the KB/M can't be beating for the actual game!

how did you get to marry her? Iv not looked into it much but there's no obvious way to advance any relationship with anyone

You have to wear the amulet of mara i think.

I married Mjoll as she can't die in battle and is a higher level than Lydia. Also makes 200 gold per day for you. Not sure if Lydia does that as well.

*thinks I missed something* I just left Lydia where she was. Might use her when I'm playing melee but I think she'd be more trouble than good for a mage.

Had a quite nice bug with 1 of the temp buffs. Think I got it when I went into the Midden. Looks like its supposed to give you Fortify Magicka 100 points but instead it seemed to be regenerating 100 Magicka per second. Thought I'd have a laugh with it and go wandering before it wore off. Took down a couple of dragons by standing there with Steadfast Ward up and spamming Fireballs at it.

Yeah any spouse will earn gold for you as they set up a stall somewhere. I haven't gotten round to marrying anyone in the game yet though

However,in a few posts back I laid claim to the first Lesbian marriage with lydia after I changed sex ,

we have now bought a Wolfdog which helps attack our enemies

problem is it won't stop barking when I'm creeping about :eek:

Thanks for that, i hadn't heard it before. That was exactly my problem, i have removed my ring of peerless sneaking which improved sneaking by 40% and now i can sneak 100 times better!

Got 2 very nice new swords today whilst working through the thieves guild and then nightingale quests.
Glass Sword with chance to Paralyse plus a nice chunk of frost damage
Nightingale Blade - +25 stamina and health per hit.

Been dual wielding them, able to hit with power attacks a lot due to the stamina regen, don't need to block as I'm recovering my health quick plus its hilarious watching enemies just lock up and fall over when paralysed

Anyone else gotten completely lost in Blackreach(the massive, and i mean massive, underground cavern)?

There seem to be loads of different entrances and exits, i just entered near Windhelm and got out next to Dawnstar! Took me ages to find my way out

I've not seen a glimpse of anything to do with a Thieves Guild so far. Should I frequent the beggars more often or do you have to overhear something?

Keep meaning to start the Dark Brotherhood quest line (I assume by talking to the kid in Windhelm) but getting distracted.
