Phil is in midfield, a clean sheet shouldnt matter :p, he's been immense in nearly every game so far, certainly deserved if he gets one, he will get a chunky upgrade in January anyway.

Song, what a beast he would be!

I played my Pro League Silvers for the first time last night and hated them! Nothing seemed right, I did buy them for pure pace abuse but they didn't seem quick, plus I missed the skills :D

The guy who beat me had a really nice Prem/Championship silver team, he went a head and gave me abuse for 5 at the back, then continued it, I nearly beat him too even with a team I couldn't play with.

After the game, I asked him to play my golds (with his golds), he said he didn't have any, blah, blah, so I played reluctantly vs his silvers, I could have possibly looked very stupid as he didn't believe in the handicap, at 60 mins he quit with me 4-0 up :D

I love asking people for rematches when they somehow beat my B team and absolutely pumping them :)

I did say to him he deserved to win but continued to be a **** so I had to beat him :D

I love beating those who score first and do all the 'hush' celebrations and so on..
 
Oh yeah if anyone makes me watch a replay of a rubbish goal I do my best to tramp everything, watch every replay and do either the chicken or backflip celebrations. Yes, I am a child.

Played the tourny final and spanked the Madrid 5-1. An improvement over taking it to penalties with my last 4231 team. Will have to play Bastos and Nene some more to see if they're too bad at defending to play there. It's a shame they only get 5 chem :(. David Luiz for Dede soon. Just trying to find a cheap one.
 
IF Jones? What. I see they're giving IFs to any old player these days. Maybe he'll actually be decent if he's in midfield as he's a dire defender.

Not really. I had Phil Jones, as I thought he'd be half decent, at least in a reserve sense, but he's crap. He's slow to react, watches balls as they're played across him, and is in general very average. Specifically as a defender.

That's why I said him being in midfield, and getting an IF he might actually be decent.
