edit: For 5 at the back you're basically split so your defense is completely seperate from the top 3, personally I liked just having amazing passing CMs to try and find the top 3, people like Pirlo, Kaka maybe? Diego?

Certainly. One of the best defenders in the game, definitely out of the Brazilians and Serie A. The only other person who I feel comes close is Pepe, but of course wrong league/nationality.

Either way, he's worth a shot, and certainly worth the few k you might lose in tax if you have to resell.
