Anyone know a decent recipe for a pre-workout protein smoothie that doesn't involve protein powder? (I.E. only involving the kind of ingredients a non-gym/sports type may have in their kitchen).
Powdered nuts?
Most of them have a lot of dried milk powder in them. Raw egg is also good for protein and you don't know it's in there if you put enough Nesquik in![]()
iirc thats guys in prison who use that because they cannot use protein powder or something along those lines, basically if your going to use that your much better off with protein powder, so long as your not in prison.
