JUst a quick question on PvP servers. I've get every intention of creating a character on one of these at some stage.
Now we're live and people are playing them, can anyone tell me just how "PvP" they are?
I understand the concept of "all out war" but at the same time I like the idea of being able to advance my character now and again without being "ganked" the second I move towards a story/quest zone.
Are there any "safe" areas on the PvP servers?
Is there any restriction on what levels can "gank/attack" you - so say you're a owly Level 15 could a Level 30 still happily attack?
Is it as lawless as it sounds, or are there some basic restrictions?
Ta
Got on to Frostclaw with 0 queue today, straight on ~1pm![]()
There are OCUK guilds for Republic PVE on both Frostclaw (It's a Tarp!, I think) and Killian Jarro (Nice Hat). I'm in the latter, feel free to come join us if you want.Couldn't resist any more and picked it up today....what server for PvE - Republic?
See above if you want an alternative and the queues are too long on Frostclaw.Grrr... I have been accepted into the Frostclaw OcUK Clan quite a while back. But unable to get logged onto the server.
As i have limited time to play in the evenings when i get in from work its quite frustrating.
As soon as a the queue's die down a bit i will be on. It was ok when i played Wow from vanilla days as i had a lot more free time in the evenings back then lol
Hmmm...
They might be taking player concerns seriously perhaps?
Logged into a 400 queue... in the game in 5mins. Never seen that happen yet! Maybe they are doing something behind the scenes.

I think you might have just got lucky tbh. If Bioware were doing something we would all know, they love telling people how brilliant they are..
I'm lucky and picked a server with no queue at all, pretty good server aswell
