Captain America - 8.5/10

Much better than I expected after seeing it ripped to pieces in various reviews. Sure it's not up there with some other superhero movies like the excellent batman begins or the dark knight but it's still very watchable.

Kung Fu Panda 2 - 7/10

I know most people hate it, but I thought it was a fairly decent movie. Had some good emotional scenes and I liked the main villain.

Just watched an Australian set film called 'Snowtown'.

This is without a doubt the most shocking film I have seen in years. The brutal scenes in this film will send you into shock.

This film will give a grown man nightmares.

LOTR: Fellowship of the Ring (extended)

Havent watched LOTR in a few years and now watching the extended version on bluray is awesome, i thought the extra scenes were going to be naff or nothing exciting but actually they added so much more then i thought and makes the movie that much better.

On topic - I watched Paul last night, Thought that Seth Rogen was excellent voicing the Alien. Score 7/10.

Just back from seeing Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol. Great film, awesome fun. Highly recommended.
