I had a brilliant lol moment tonight, I laced 6 C4 charges on a buggy on kharg island and drove into a base to grab a chopper, an enemy squad killed me and stole my buggy, I respawned elsewhere and thought I'd try blowing up the C4 and in blew up from half way across the map!

Most satisfying double kill ever :p

I did release from chatbox victory words as well :D

Just goes to show that players are too busy to notice C4 sticking out of the bonnet lol.
 
My most satisfying kill so far was bringing down a chopper with a tank shell. The guy was attacking one of our bases, he moved forward slightly, led the shot by a little bit. Three enemy killed, defend flag and vehicle destroyed. Though my best ever was bringing down a chopper with a grenade launcher.

I'd love to believe you....are you sure the silencer increases accuracy when ADS??? Is there proof in the pudding?
 
As if I'd or you would even appreciate that information ffs programmers don't even it's all hear say lol :)

I managed to get a decent suicide kill yesterday. C4'd a tank and was about to run when another tank came round the corner.. Both looked at me and I just hit the trigger; Scored over 600 points in a kill :D
 
Best engineer gun ?, best gun?. MP7 for me without a doubt, most fun weapon in the game. Rubbish at range unless you tap tap it but amazing up close for maps like kark, Siene and bazaar. Stick a red laser thing, no optics and extended mag (or silencer if you can live with the default 20 rounds) and away you go, perfection.
 
I must say, the jet and heli controls surprised and confused me :p

Got hang of the jets, but still couldn't fly them... Helis I mainly ended up nose-diving into the ground :( :p

Jets I'm grand with. I can get helis to move gradually in any direction but I've no idea how people do the mad speedruns through trees and buildings I've seen.

New years resolution is to fly the littlebirds more ;)
 
Can someone help with joystick setup?

I've connected a Logitech Extreme 3D and got it working with the jet.

However, even though I havent assigned any controls, its taken over land vehicles, so I have to unplug it when I'm driving a tank.

What can I do to separate the controls?

Even better! I was just going to take them because I feel bad taking the other two seeing as, you know, I can't actually fly them. Most people don't seem to bother with the scout choppers unless they're properly awesome with them.

They are best used defensively because of the open cockpit and their slow air speed, however get a couple of engineers with you (repairing) and they are impossible to take down 1 vs 1 with Stingers.

Similiar to me, Few weeks ago was playing online with my brother in same sqaud, This guy was ALWAYS in this helicopter waiting for it and hovering over buildings he didnt notice me so i just blew him up with the tank and he quickly raged :D
