unless someone would like to give me 2x coal so i can craft i final gift from the great gift pile LOL

Hmmm kinda. The film and era it reminds me of is L.A. Confidential. Bear in mind it's not really action packed, it's more of a detective, CSI, interrogation type of game with a few shooter bits every now and then. I really enjoyed the story but doubt I'd play it more than once. Still at that price I've just bought it on the pc to get the whole package.

I haven't bought a thing so far in this sale, is episodes from liberty city in the gta pack worth £5 on its own, i've played all the old games so i would be getting it just for that, i remember reading gta iv runs poorly?
 
Been playing Amnesia and the 'darkness acts as cover' mechanic just doesn't work. They can always see me even if I sit still in a dark corner - and half the time I'm ambushed by a monster behind me when I'm stuck in a candlelit room with nowhere to hide and you can't douse the candles - not that it would work if you did.

In the last 2 weeks i think i have acquired enough games to keep me going for the whole of 2012

When is the next steam sale? :eek:
 
I really really want to see Street Fighter 4 Arcade Edition show up in the daily deals, tomorrow is the last daily deal day right?
 
Asides from Skyrim, I haven't spent more than a tenner on a game this Steam sale. Last time gaming was this cheap was back to routing through the speccy and c64 tapes in the newsagents or the trial and error days of shareware disks.

No probs. My missus has got no intrest in gaming at all (well except managing some useless fake cafe on facebook) but she asked what I was playing when I was going through L.A. Noire. Even as much to let me know that the guy with the nervous twitch, scratching his neck was lying during one of the interrogation bits.
