This is one of the reasons why I think Dice have got it wrong with the whole points/unlock system. I've been in servers where vehicles and helos have been running a riot in one team and the other team have been camping out with sniper rifles, yet not one of them have been using SOFLAM :)

Roll on march when most of the stat whores have moved on and we can get some proper tactical play going on.

Does anybody else do what I do and work through every weapon until you get at least 1 service star in it? So far I've done all the base assault weapons and am just about the gain access to the final support weapon, after which I'll go go back and do the two extra assault weapons before finally tackling engineer and support. Its probably an OCD thing thinking about it.
 
Really enjoying playing assault class right now. It's either that or Engineer. Did like playing sniper but unless it's on rush it's pretty useless on conquest I find. I don't think it helps the team as much as the other classes bar SOFLAM but no one hardly uses it.

I may purchase B2K. Is OCUK a decent price?

No worries. :)

Me and the guys i was playing with yesterday were messing with Javlins/Soflam and the CITV station on the tanks, and if you actually work as a team you can easily take out the choppers that would normally be ruining the map.

But as the points are so low no on spots with them (Soflam/CITV) The fact you have to work together should warrant you get more points IMO.... At least for the guy who is spotting and not doing the killing...

I started to do this with the support class then I unlocked the M27 IAR, not used another support weapon since :p

Due to the subsonic ammo, the bullets do not travel as far nor do they do as much damage.

Benefits are, you don't show up on radar when firing, you have no muzzle flash and a very reduced sound signature from your weapon, recoil apparently is also reduced due to the added weight on the end of the barrel.

You do realize the M27 is the default support weapon for US?

unless you are wanting to use it on RU then it is already unlocked :)

Ahhh -Cheers! Didn't realise that about the radar... No wonder I've been larruped by Snipers in SC...

Better price than Origin (although most stuff is!). I bet you could ask them in customer service forum too, to just email over the code instead of waiting for the box (if they dont already do this).

You think that's OCD? I'm determined to get every gun to 500 to unlock the tags, and also get all ribbons and medals. Currently at 37/50 or something medals. Got all ribbons. 13 guns to 500 I think.

That's OCD.
