So my 7th one packed up today, luckily i have only paid for the original one and the others have been RMA's getting to be a bit of a joke really :D

im looking for a sturdy, small and well built usb flash drive, around 32gig, what do you recommend ?

Well, cant fault the corsair warranty. I've used a single ocz rally for about 3 years, it's outlived half a dozen pny sticks. It's been used as a boot disk for about a year of that, which is pretty write intensive.

That's just my experience though, i think corsair have a better reputation than ocz for reliability. Is sending files over the internet an option? Dropbox (insecure) and rsync+ssh (secure) have pretty much replaced usb sticks for me.

p.s. sorry about your luck :(

7? Christ, I was moaning at my first that croaked. Well took a month to get it RMA'd, funny Corsair TSX desk emailed me today asking to complete a customer service survey...

yeah mine always take that long, i use mine day in day out on 100's of different pc's and to be fair on corsair i don't always eject them correctly, but yep RMA to Belgium or Holland and then a 3 - 4 week turn around before i get a new one

i never send back the lids :D

Have you tried the usb3 flash voyagers?

Must be different flash memory and controller to achieve the USB3 speeds, but in the same durable rubbery body.
