Having more fun playing with 15-20k teams at the moment than I did with my super teams. Just gonna hoard all my coins.

I had a superb game last night with a guy, he had the best team I had seen, Messi, Ronaldo, Xavi etc - I was playing my 3-5-2 Russian team, he was 4-1 up with 10 mins to go, I scored, I then scored in the 89th and 90th minutes when he started mucking about to waste time, I scored another 3 in extra time to beat him 7-5, he sent me a torrent of abuse which was quite funny.

It must be terrible when your team is amazing and cost you a lot and you get beat by a load of average golds.

that what i was saying earlier the handicapping system can make you feel like wtf why do i need to spend all these coins on star names if ea are going to make them play rubbish every time i come up against a low rated team
 
Played some dude with a full strength German team. Get a message during the team line-up loading screen saying "Get a proper BraSilver team you ****". Proceeded to beat him 4-0 and made him rage quit in the 78th minute. :p
 
am i right in thinking toty dan is going to run from monday until wed 6pm then totw will be released

got a few thousand ms points to try and get one but i must have opened countless packs and i mean a lot and only ever got an 88 thats it

if each card has an id then surley ea know what youve already had and how much you spend and know you will keep buying even if you get rubbish

Not sure if anyone in here plays career mode but I just started a new career with man utd, after 2 seasons at tottenham..

Got to the january transfer window and nani put in a transfer request, I received an offer of 31mil from Inter so I thought, okay, I'll sell him and then launch a 40mil bid for Bale to replace him..
Advance two days and the board have off loaded him to barca for about 15mil :o

Speechless right now.

It tries, but it fails pretty hard. :(

I've just bought some points for TOTY, hopefully they'll arrive before it's released, or before it ends. Probably will get nothing, but it's like opening packets of stickers as a kid. :D
 
Ironic how I'm probably the youngest here yet have the largest objection to splurging money on packs. Or perhaps it's just that I don't have the disposable income that you guys do. :p
 
Mark, I know exactly what mean about having more fun with cheap teams than super duper ones. I built a cheap Russian team (including Eto'o) and win more games than I ever did.

I should have about 3000MSP and 100k coins for TOTY on Monday. I better bloody get someone good :D

If I can brush you aside with my German reject squad then he MUST be crap to lose 4-0 to that thing... :p

you should have read my thread earlier mate

if you go online to the station that sells games :D then you pay at checkout and the code suddenly reveals itself in front of your eyes lol its a digital download which they do now but there doing them 50p cheaper than most places now
