From what I remember from GCSE biology yeah. Proteins break down into amino acids and the enzymes that do this is protease or something. Thank God I chose to no longer pursuit biology. It's just remembering names of stuff.
Thanks dudes. Some good changes. Although I have never heard of some of the things like: pyloric sphincter, chyme, protease's, esophageal sphincter. Teacher may think I am copying.
