I've installed TS now, but one of the options as I did was to have an overlay to show who is talking. A warning came up saying some games may think this is a hack with the possibility of being banned. Is this true for BF3 are is it safe to use the overlay?

I've been kicked by Punk Buster before. Usually fixed by downloading the latest verison off the website. Run the setup and add BF3 and then check for updates. It usually downloads some bits. That usually fixes problems with it.

Some people here use the overlay option on BF3 and haven't been banned/kicked. So, looks like its PB safe.
 
Ahhh last night of work then 5 days off! Other then playing Footy Friday night Saturday and Sunday! Im gonna be doing some serious battlefielding! I want that 3 k/d ratio ;-)

I have the same gpu at same clocks with a Phenom 2 955 @ 4ghz and 8gb Corsair Vengeance. 1080p on my 27" monitor everything high and AA off and it runs perfectly smooth. I can not see a great deal of difference on this game between high and ultra btw, others may disagree though.
