First save it in paint or something, then use a site like this:
http://imgur.com/

To upload it, then add it to your post using this button:

will this still work as its a print screen not actually an image. sorry but how do i get the print screen to be saved as an image? sorry just saw your edit thanks.

Paste the image into paint and save. Upload onto image hosting site (photobucket, etc...) then copy the img code ()

Easiest way I find to do it.

Just to add, if this is Windows 7, you can use the "Snipping Tool" which makes it even easier, you can select the area of the screen you want to capture, then save it as an image all in one program.

Looks like a virus to me...

If "drive C:\" was unreadable, windows couldn't start.

Do you have anti virus? Run a scan!

EDIT:

Dont know what that "system check" is, but I don't trust the look of it.

Use, AVG, Avast or Microsoft Security Essentials anti virus.

is it me or does that look like one of those fake virus scanners?

beet me to it, get into safe mode with netwroking and download microsoft defender. uv got spam ware there mate not a bad hdd

As above, fake virus to con you into buying there software to remove it. ( Or unload your bank account ofc )

Reinstall windows or boot safe and run Malwarebytes
